When should I replace my filters?

Most standard cartridges require replacement every 6–12 months, depending on the cartridge, water quality, use and manufacturer’s instructions. Follow the schedule for your system.

Why does servicing matter?

Sediment builds up and carbon capacity becomes depleted over time, which can reduce filtration performance and water flow. Servicing provides an opportunity to clean housings and check the system.

What should I include in my request?

Your suburb, system brand or model, last cartridge replacement date, and any change in flow or taste. Tell us about any leaks.
